Our Mission

The Deike Estates Special Improvement District (“District”) is a governmental subdivision of the State of Wyoming and a body corporate with those powers of a public or quasi municipal corporation which are specifically authorized by, and in compliance with, Section 16-12 et seq., W.S. The District was created by court order and is located in the County of Laramie, Wyoming.

It shall be the policy of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the District, consistent with the availability of revenues, personnel and equipment, to use its best efforts to provide quality services as authorized by applicable law. The District provides water and wastewater services to it's customers within the District.
